Logical reasoning tests how you analyse a statement rather than how fast you calculate. The topics divide into two families: pattern questions, where you work out the rule behind a sequence or a grouping, and argument questions, where you decide what a statement does and does not commit its author to. In Statement and Assumption you look for the belief the author took for granted while making the statement. In Statement and Conclusion you decide whether a conclusion follows strictly from the given statement.
